I have a specialist expertise in investigating employment complaints in the workplace and hold a certification from AWI, the Association of Workplace Investigators. My work includes supporting people involved in disciplinary and regulatory processes. I undertake Code of Conduct investigations for local authorities and operate independent complaints management services for a range of organisations including New Zealand Rugby.

When I am handling complaints, I bring a compassionate and fair approach to finding effective resolutions, while preserving the mana of the people involved.

Education and a growth mindset are vital for fostering a healthy work environment. I am a sought-after conference presenter, entertaining speaker, and engaging MC. I deliver training modules and educational sessions to leadership, managers, HR professionals, and teams.

I equip organisations with plain English, up-to-date policies and guidelines they need to create a healthy culture of respect and inclusivity. Through my years of dealing with sensitive claims, I have particular expertise in addressing sexual harassment and bullying, including through training. I can empower people to have difficult conversations safely.
