I have participated in mediation processes for many years and take a hands-on approach. I run fair, pragmatic mediation processes to help employers and employees settle disputes and personal grievances on agreed terms. This requires careful listening, being open-minded and empathetic, and helping people find solutions. Private mediation can be a fast, cost-effective option for resolving employment disputes.

 I have recently completed Restorative Practice training with Victoria University of Wellington and the Resolution Institute of New Zealand. I can deliver practical restorative facilitation services to help address relationship difficulties or breakdowns at an early stage, to try to improve the situation before it gets intractable.
